Step 2: Initial Session (60-75 minutes)
We’ll dive deep into your health history, concerns, and goals.
Step 3: Ongoing Support
Follow-up sessions (30–45 min) are available weekly, biweekly, or monthly based on your needs. I also offer messaging support and handouts between sessions.
Insurance & Payment
I currently accept some insurance plans and offer superbills for out-of-network coverage. Self-pay options are also available.
